Easy Peanut Butter Cookies

1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg

Mix all ingredients with an electric mixer. Place in small balls on baking sheet. Make criss cross pattern with a fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 mins. Makes 24 cookies.
