2 C flour
1 1/2 t salt
1 t sugar
1 packet yeast
1/4 C + 1 T water
3 T olive oil
Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Allow to sit until there are a few bubbles on top. Mix flour and salt and then add yeast mixture and olive oil. Knead into a soft dough (you may need to add more olive oil). Divide dough in half and roll out into oval shape. I just use spaghetti sauce and spread on half of the oval. Then add cheese and any other toppings. Fold other half over and pinch sides together. Stab with fork. Bake on cookie sheet that you have covered with foil. Bake at 450 for about 12 mins. Heat up remaining spaghetti sauce and use for dipping.

I forgot to take a picture of them as I made them tonight.. but this is what they look like! (of course these ones are a lot prettier than mine!) :)
